Atrium design can be challenging.

IBC Section 404 lists nine different requirements for an atrium three stories or more. Dividing the space horizontally with the McKeon’s H200 Horizontal Fire Shutter causes these requirements to be minimal or nonexistent. With the use of the H200, we get rid of smoke evac, emergency power, glass enclosures, and many other costs. The result is more flexibility in design.
